Getting Started With Your Pass
Our INTRO PASS (valid for 6 weeks) invites you to attend your first 3 sessions which will guide you through the aerial hammock apparatus safety induction and gently invite you to explore the foundations of Aerial Exercise.
Our 5 CLASS PASS (valid for 3 months) is for those wishing to begin a more dedicated practice to reap the longevity benefits of passive mobilisation, decompression and sensory-based meditations.
Our 10 CLASS PASS (valid for 6 months) is for those commited to their goal to improve flexibility, integrated strength and experience peak well-being!

We understand not every one wants to pay credit card fees! Please feel free to choose to pay 'Cash on Class Arrival' at the final checkout.
Moving Forward
To reschedule or cancel your bookings, please navigate to the menu and login to your MEMBER AREA.
If your selected class shows up 'greyed' it is fully booked, however, you are welcome to message us via the contact form below to go on the waitlist and you will be contacted within 3hrs of your session.
If you cannot find a class time that suits your schedule, please provide feedback on your class timetable suggestions as we do our best to adapt to the needs of our students.
