AntiGravity® Fitness has held status in the top 10 fitness trends for the last decade. The suspension and conditioning technique uses the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock to offer a fusion of fitness genres with the benefits of zero-compression inversions.

In 2009 Renae was trained by Christopher Harrison, the creator of the AntiGravity® in NYC. As a Level 5 Master Instructor certified to instruct training in all of the AntiGravity® programs she has been principal educator in Australia and New Zealand since 2011 and has spread the love of the air training over 1000 instructors in this region.
