You will safely be able to teach foundational classes in aerial yoga with a curriculum of over 60 aerial exercises.
After completion of the full 200hr Program, alongside your group class offerings, you will also be able to offer Therapeutic sessions using the aerial hammock within your professional scope. Therapeutic sessions can be successfullly delivered in individual, duo or trio format as a complimentary service to incorporate with other modalities in your clinic/studio. This offers commercial viability in several ways, firstly it gives a point of difference by offering clients access to a unique healing modality that can support them during periods of rehabilitation and assist in injury prevention. Secondly, it enhances the personalized feel clients receive which can increase return and loyalty. Thirdly, it utilises ‘dead time’ as these sessions can service a population willing to make time for sessions outside of the peak-time class schedule.

You will have access to each course for 6 months from the course commencement date. You can opt to pay a minimal one-time fee of AUD $300 for an additional 6 months of access.
Practical skills are evaluated through a two-step process:
Video Submission: After honing your skills, you'll record yourself teaching an 8min exercise sequence. This video is then submitted for assessment in a virtual reveiw.
Virtual Review: Scheduled within a month following in-person training or during the final weeks of our virtual mentor program, this review is a dedicated session to discuss your submitted video and provide constructive feedback. Attandance is mandatory for assessment completion. Individual reveiws require an additional fee of AUD $200.
