Yoga therapy offers a process for re-establishing equilibrium by operating on all aspects of the individual. Through a personalised application of yoga one learns to use movement and breath to enhance the ability to cope, and recover from physical, mental or emotional stressors.

Renae delivers Yoga therapy one-on-one or in small therapeutic groups to attune specific practices of asana (posture) and pranayama (breath control) to the changing circumstances of an individual to support optimal health. Practices are learned in this therapeutic environment and encouraged to be adapted into daily home practice to achieve the maximal benefits.
